 After
ten years experience of photography tuition in the Tam we
feel we are able to anticipate most of the questions and
problems brought to us by our students. However because of
the diversity of the subject and the ever changing
technology we are pleased to say we will never have seen it
all. Luckily, photographers are nice people and are always
willing to share their experience with others. We would like
to share yours.Our workshops
attract photographers of all abilities and aspirations. Some
are very competent and come here to
experience a new and unusual location. Others come to learn
even the most basic skills and will benefit immensely from
one to one tuition. Many of our photographers now arrive
with digital cameras and discover a new direction and
discipline while sharing their experience with others.
We look at various styles of landscape
photography and help you to recognise your own style. By
looking at each others work and that of some well known
landscape photographers we shall discuss composition. You
will learn how t use fillers and to optimise your use of
depth of field.
Above
all, you will be impressed with the quality of light and the
peacefulness and variety of this beautiful landscape. Wild
orchids and misty mornings in the Spring. Red brick half
timbered houses of a medieval city street glowing in the
Summer sun. Fields and vineyards moulded into undulating
shapes by the warm light of an Autumn evening.
This course is suitable for photographers
of all ages and abilities and also for accomplished
photographers just looking for new, exciting locations.
Conventional or digital cameras may be used. Equal
opportunities and priorities are given to both disciplines.
