1.The cost of the course covers accommodation for the seven days (seven
nights) duration of the course. The few days between courses allow
students to arrive and depart as it suits their travel schedule. Extra
accommodation will be charged at the standard Bed and Breakfast rate at
Les Vignes and must be paid for with the final payment.
2.Accommodation is usually at Les Vignes in Noailles. However in the
event that all the rooms are taken before the course is fully subscribed
we arrange accommodation in a nearby Bed and Breakfast. This
accommodation is of an excellent standard and you will be advised before
you book. In all cases photographers will spend the day with the other
students and dine at Les Vignes in the evening.
3.The cost of the course includes pick
up and drop down at Toulouse airport or railway station should you need it,
whichever day you arrive or depart. Separate arrangements are available
for ‘Freestyle’ photographers
4.With the exception of ‘Freestyle’ the cost of the course includes
transfers to all photography locations and tuition while on location.
Separate arrangements are available for ‘Freestyle’ photographers.
5.Except for (2) above, the cost of the course does not cover travel to
and from Noailles. (flights, taxis, ferries, trains...etc.)
6.The cost of the course does not include the use of cameras and auxiliary
equipment, film, photographic paper nor trade processing.
7.It is assumed that photographers have full travel/holiday Insurance and
you are strongly
advised to arrange full health and holiday insurance, including
cancellation insurance.
Photographers from the UK should bring a valid E111 health form (available
from your Post Office) with you. You should also make sure that your
camera equipment is adequately insured for foreign travel. The cost of the
course does not include the above insurances.
8.Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a completed Booking Form and £140 deposit. (The complete course fee is payable if booking is
made less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course) Final
payment should be made 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.
9.Payments may be made in pounds stirling by cheque made out to ‘Tarn
Communications Ltd’, bank transfer or VISA using our website secure
online booking system at our website
10.CANCELLATION
You have a right to cancel your course within 7 working days of paying the
deposit and all money will be refunded. After 7 working days you will lose
part or all of your payments depending on whether we can fill your place,
whether you are insured or not.
